Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Corvus Belli Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as Corvus Belli S.L.’s general website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to all Terms, do not participate in the Program.

1. Parties and Program Overview

The Program is operated by:

The Program enables Affiliates to earn commission by promoting eligible Corvus Belli products via tracked links or codes generated through Adpump, Corvus Belli’s affiliate network partner.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess an active online platform (e.g., website, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, blog, or other qualifying channels).
• Submit an accurate application through Adpump.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure rules, GDPR where applicable, and Spanish law.

Only one affiliate account is permitted per individual or legal entity.

Corvus Belli reserves the right to reject or remove Affiliates at its sole discretion.

Priority Admission Tiers:

1. Corvus Belli Creator Nest members
2. Warcors
3. Other applicants

3. Program Participation and Conduct

Affiliates agree to:

• Present themselves as independent parties, not Corvus Belli staff or representatives.
• Promote Corvus Belli products in good faith.
• Use only official affiliate links and/or unique discount codes provided through Adpump.
• Follow Corvus Belli brand guidelines and remove/adjust content upon request.
• Maintain appropriate disclosures consistent with FTC and equivalent international regulations (e.g., “This link is an affiliate link. I may earn a commission if you purchase through it.”).
• Avoid illegal, unethical, or misleading activities.

Corvus Belli may monitor affiliate traffic, content, and promotional practices.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Misrepresentation, impersonation, or implying formal employment/representation of Corvus Belli.
• Deceptive practices, including link cloaking intended to mislead users.
• Spam of any kind (email, SMS, social media, or comments).
• Traffic generated by bots, click farms, forced redirects, or fraudulent mechanisms.
• Critical/unethical advertising practices such as adware, spyware, parasitic browser extensions, or coupon injection tools.
• Promotion on illegal websites, or sites featuring hate speech, extremist ideology, explicit content, recasting/bootlegging, or any content conflicting with Corvus Belli’s brand values.
• Use of CB trademarks in domain names or social media usernames in a way that could cause confusion (“corvusbelli-official”, “infinity-official-store”, etc.).

Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Affiliate Links, Creatives, and Brand Assets

Corvus Belli provides official creatives, logos, and assets through Adpump or other channels.

Affiliates may:

• Use official assets as provided.
• Create their own banners or materials so long as they do not distort, misrepresent, or misuse Corvus Belli IP.

Affiliates may not:

• Alter logos or trademarks in misleading ways.
• Reupload or distribute full rulebooks, confidential materials, unreleased assets, or proprietary design files.
• Create assets that appear to be official Corvus Belli communications unless explicitly authorized.

Corvus Belli may revoke permission to use any asset at any time.

6. Search Advertising (PPC) Policy

Affiliates may bid on Corvus Belli brand and product terms under specific restrictions:

Allowed:

• Bidding on “Corvus Belli”, “Infinity”, “Infinity the Game”, “Warcrow”, and specific product names.

Not allowed:

• Using Corvus Belli trademarks in ad headlines.
• Using language implying official affiliation (“Official Store”, “Official Infinity Distributor”).
• Direct-linking paid ads to Corvus Belli’s store. Ads must link to the Affiliate’s own property first.
• Typosquatting domains intended to confuse users.

Violations will result in removal from the Program.

7. Discount Codes

Affiliates may be issued unique discount codes.

Conditions:

• Codes may only be used according to instructions provided.
• Public posting on mass coupon-aggregation sites is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
• Codes must not be shared in misleading or deceptive ways.

Corvus Belli may deactivate codes at any time.

8. Tracking, Cookies, and Attribution

Tracking is managed through Adpump using cookies and other lawful tracking methods.

• Attribution Window: 2 hours from user click.
• Last valid click wins attribution (per Adpump’s system).
• Blocking cookies, clearing cookies, ad blockers, or privacy settings may disrupt tracking; Corvus Belli is not responsible for lost attribution due to user devices or browser behavior.

Affiliates must comply with any applicable cookie consent laws in their jurisdiction.

9. Order Data and Privacy

Affiliates never receive personal customer data.

The only order-level information available is:

• IP address
• Order value (item breakdown unavailable)
• Date/time
• Order ID/number
• Attribution to the Affiliate (“Publisher”)

Corvus Belli is the data controller for all affiliate-related information. Adpump acts as a data processor, and data is processed following Spanish law and GDPR requirements.

Affiliates are responsible for the lawful operation of their own platforms, including GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance for email lists and disclosures.

10. Commissions and Payments

10.1 Commission Rate

Affiliates earn 10% of the final price of eligible products in the customer’s basket, excluding:

• Shipping
• VAT or other taxes
• Currency conversion costs
• Gift cards
• Any other excluded categories Corvus Belli may define in the future

All Corvus Belli products are eligible unless explicitly excluded.

10.2 Lifetime of Commission

Commission is credited only after successful order validation, meaning:

• The return/refund window has closed (validation delay).
• Fraud, chargebacks, cancellations, and incomplete payments result in commission removal.

If a validated paid commission later becomes invalid due to refunds or fraud, the amount is deducted from the Affiliate’s next payment.

10.3 Payouts

• Payout Minimum: 100 USD (equivalent EUR value at the time of payout).
• Currency: EUR.
• Schedule: Paid 30 days after the close of each calendar month.
• Payment Method: As supported by Adpump (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

Affiliates are responsible for:

• All local tax reporting obligations
• Providing correct tax documentation when requested (W-8BEN/W-9, VAT information, etc.)

11. Excluded Territories

Certain countries may be excluded from the Program. An updated list will be maintained through Adpump or through Corvus Belli’s website. Affiliates originating from or targeting excluded regions will not receive commission.

12. Termination

Both Affiliate and Corvus Belli may terminate participation at any time and for any reason by providing notice via email or Adpump.

Immediate Termination Grounds:

• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of prohibited activities
• Brand impersonation
• Illegal content or conduct
• IP infringement
• Serious breach of advertising or consumer protection law

Effect of Termination

• Affiliate must remove all Corvus Belli branding within 7 days.
• Affiliate may still receive all valid commissions accrued up to termination, including those still pending validation, unless the termination resulted from fraud or misconduct.

13. Modification of Terms

Corvus Belli may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published via Adpump or the Corvus Belli website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

If an Affiliate disagrees with updated Terms, they must cease participation immediately.

14. Intellectual Property

All Corvus Belli trademarks, logos, product images, and creative assets remain the exclusive property of Corvus Belli S.L.

Affiliates receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for participation in the Program.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

15. Liability and Indemnification

Corvus Belli is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or data
• Service interruptions by Adpump or third-party platforms
• Tracking failures due to user device/browser restrictions

Corvus Belli’s maximum liability is limited to the total commissions paid to the Affiliate in the preceding 12 months.

Affiliates agree to indemnify Corvus Belli against any claims arising from:

• Their content
• Their violation of laws
• Their misuse of Corvus Belli assets or trademarks
• Their promotional practices

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Spain, under the jurisdiction corresponding to Corvus Belli’s registered address.

The controlling language of these Terms is English.

17. Acceptance

By applying for or participating in the Corvus Belli Affiliate Program, you acknowledge:

You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

You are legally able to enter into this agreement.

You comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You accept responsibility for lawful disclosure and promotion practices.
