Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
CORVUS BELLI, S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and hereby informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
For what purposes do we process your personal data? What is the legal basis that allows such processing?

To manage user registration, and therefore access to different
sections and services provided through the website (forum, online store,
Warcor program, etc.), as well as the management and monitoring of such
access and services, including satisfaction assessments carried out
directly or through our partners.
Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). -
To send information on news, events, offers, and promotions related to
our activity, to which the user has subscribed, for example by signing up for our

To fulfil contractual commitments with partners, arising from
advertising, affiliation, or promotional agreements, including the

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?
Because the processing is lawful under Article 6 GDPR, in accordance with the legal bases indicated above for each processing purpose.
The Controller relies on legitimate interest to process requests, enquiries, and petitions made by users; on the agreement with the user to manage registration and access to private areas of the website; and on consent obtained to carry out market studies, behavioural analysis, and statistical assessment.
For sending information and commercial, advertising, or marketing communications, the legal basis is the user’s consent.
If you have made an online purchase, we process your data to manage your order and the contractual relationship arising from your acceptance of the terms and conditions, and to fulfil our legal and contractual commitments with partners.
If you visit us via social networks and/or our web domains, we process the data obtained on the basis of your explicit consent provided when accepting or configuring cookies.
If you approach us with the intention of joining our team, we process the information you provide to manage the receipt of your résumé and to consider it internally for recruitment processes when a vacancy matching your profile becomes available.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Your data will be kept no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, provided the contractual relationship has not ended, consent has not been withdrawn, and no legal retention obligations apply. When the data is no longer necessary, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation or complete destruction.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No disclosure of personal data to third parties is foreseen, except when necessary for the development and execution of processing purposes, for example to our service providers, under the conditions set by current privacy regulations.
Additionally, in some cases we may communicate minimal data—such as transaction ID, amount, or promotional code—to companies with which we have advertising or affiliation agreements, exclusively to verify transactions and settle commissions.
